HOW TO BECOME A Level 2 or Level 3 MEN'S LACROSSE OFFICIAL
Level 1 officials will make $25- $40 per game. Game fees are determined by contract negotiation between the Officials Association and the leagues that play as well as current established rates for the year. Your availability, reliability and performance on the field will determine how much you can make. The best officials will referee 100+ games or more per season if they are available. There are year round officiating opportunities as well, again depending on your availability and ability.
Level 2 Officials earn $40 - $70 per game, and Level 3 Officials earn up to $125 per game. This always depends on performance, and exceptional officials are eligible to officiate college and club level championships held across the country.
