Officiating Rates for 2011 Lacrosse Season
It is important for NCLRA to give you the best possible officiating product on the field.  It is also important for you to let us know if you have any problems with our officiating. Please contact Alex Snaider with your questions and concerns.

We quote non-CIF rates once we have received the details of what you need.  Please note that if you have not established a reliable payment history, NCLRA reserves the right to refuse requests for future referee assignments unless your agreement with us states otherwise.  Pay your invoices within 15 days of invoice date to avoid losing your referee assignments.

Alex Snaider is Assignor for HS CIF, Men's Club and all NCJLA games on and off season for northern California.  702-338-2171

Bob Duggan is Assignor for College on season. 619-275-0039

Please note the following NCLRA policy and guidelines
for the remaining 2011 season.

All mileage and tolls are are included in negotiated game fees.

For non-CIF games, administrative fee is 10% of total event bill if more than 10 games.  So if total ref fees are $1040.00, admin fees will be $104.00, for a total invoice of $1144.00.  Admin fees are under contract for some leagues.

Payment for all game fees must be received within 15 days of invoice date.  Unpaid invoices risk future cancellation of assigned officials, and event organizers may need to pay for future events in full prior to the first game.  To avoid this, please pay on time.

All games must be entered and assigned via the Arbiter.  Game payment is based on assigned and accepted games in the Arbiter according to the times noted on the games.

CIF and all tournaments, festivals etc., whether on or off season, are subject to cancellation and change fees.  Games cancelled or changed within 2 days of first game date incur $20 change fee per change, and cancellations received inside of 24 hours prior to game time incur full game fee charges.  Should assigned officials need to change as a result of a late change, the charge is $40 per change.  Officials reporting late or not at all for assigned games will be docked a portion or all of the fees as deemed appropriate by the Chief Assignor.  Late or no show officials must be reported by the client within 24 hours of game start to avoid paying full game fees.
